What does my Repair Plan cover?
Your Repair Plan will protect your Satellite dish, box, LNB, cabling and your remote control against any breakdowns.
Why do I need cover for my Sky equipment?
By having a Repair Plan with us you are covered against any breakdowns and you will receive support from our dedicated help desk. This could save you time and money if your system breaks down.
What payment options do you offer?
You are able to pay for your Repair Plan by Direct Debit or with a Credit/Debit card. We offer a range of payment options so call us to discuss your particular needs on 01903 714764.
Can I cover more than one box?
We will be happy to cover your Multi-room system; our prices start at £120.
Will my payments increase if I have a call out?
No, your payments will stay the same.
I'm not a customer, can I still purchase a remote control?
Yes, If you give our help desk a call on 01903 714764 our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you.
I recently upgraded my equipment; do I need to change my Repair Plan?
If you call our help desk we will be happy to upgrade your Repair Plan, so that you are correctly covered for all of your equipment.
Are Direct Debits payments secure?
All Direct Debits are covered with the Direct Debit guarantee.
Will I have to wait long for my equipment to be fixed?
When you call our help desk our technical team will help determine the problem and try and fix the system over the telephone, if you do need an engineer we aim to have the problem sorted in less than a week.
