What's Covered?
When you purchase a Repair Plan with us all of your satellite TV equipment is covered. This includes your Sky box, satellite dish, LNB, wires and remote control. Our Repair Plans have different prices depending on the type of equipment you have, these include Standard Box Plan, Sky + Box Plan, HD Box Plan and we also cover Multi-room. There are several ways to pay for your Repair Plan, give us a call to discuss your needs.
Equipment Breakdown
If you have a Repair Plan with us and your equipment breaks down all you need to do is give us a call on our free number, 01903 714764. We will then talk you through some simple procedures to see if we can determine the problem and get your equipment working again. In the event that we cannot help over the phone we will get a certified engineer out to you as soon as possible. The engineer will repair or replace the faulty equipment as necessary.
